You can pay for your order by card. Payment is available on the website via Monopay or upon receipt in store or at the courier service branch.
Installments & Instant Credit (PrivatBank)
You can pay for your order using PrivatBank installments or instant credit.
Monobank Installments

PUMB Installments

Choose the format that suits you best: SOVA store pickup, Nova Poshta branch delivery, home courier delivery, or iPost express delivery.

Store Pickup
- You can collect your order at one of the SOVA stores.
- To do so, place your order on the website and choose the relevant pickup option.
- After confirmation, our manager will inform you about the delivery time to the selected store.
- Up to 3 items may be delivered for fitting.
2–4 days
Nova Poshta Branch Delivery
- You can receive your order at the Nova Poshta branch most convenient for you.
- Delivery is free of charge.
- Cash-on-delivery fee — 0%.
- Shipment is available with cash on delivery or card payment.
- Please note: if you want to try on several items, each item should be placed as a separate order.
- This allows you to try each option and pay only for the one that suits you best.
- Up to 3 items may be sent for fitting.
2–4 days
Courier Delivery
- You can order your chosen piece with home delivery.
- To do so, simply choose the relevant option at checkout.
- Courier delivery across Kyiv and the regions is free of charge.
- Cash-on-delivery fee — 0%.
2–6 hours
iPost Express Delivery
- You can order your selected jewelry item with home delivery by choosing this option during checkout.
- Delivery is available in Kyiv and Lviv if the item is in stock in your city.
- Delivery cost — 200 UAH.
- Available with 100% prepayment for items priced up to 20,000 UAH.
International Delivery
A separate delivery format for orders outside Ukraine with the current payment and shipping terms.

Estimated delivery time is 14 to 40 days. Shipping is carried out by the national postal operator Ukrposhta.
Delivery is available with 100% prepayment. Shipping is free.
Exchanges and returns are not available for this type of delivery. An additional import tax of around 21.5% may apply in the destination country.
