Information about the exchange and return policy for jewelry purchased from the SOVA retail network

Jewelry Returns

Unfortunately, under the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry items cannot be returned. Jewelry of proper quality is included in the list of non-food products that are not subject to return or exchange, approved by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994. You may exchange your jewelry provided that the exchange conditions of the SOVA retail network are met.

Exchange Available

You may exchange jewelry of proper quality if you need a different size or wish to change the metal color:

  • the item may be exchanged within the same model for another size — a ring, bracelet or necklace;
  • the item may be exchanged within the same model for another metal color — rose, white or yellow gold.
Important! Jewelry with precious gemstones can only be exchanged after inspection by our jewelry production experts.

Exchange Not Available

Unfortunately, we will be unable to exchange an item if:

  • the tag is damaged, the seal has been removed, or the receipt or product passport is missing;
  • the item has been damaged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect;
  • the item shows signs of wear;
  • more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date;
  • the item has changed color due to swimming pools, chemicals, high temperatures or other external factors.

How to Use the Service

To exchange an item, please contact the store where it was purchased or our online store if the order was placed online. If the exchange is carried out by postal delivery, please complete the Product Exchange Request Form .
